Bajwa Security Solutions Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. Although we are below the turnover threshold that requires a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we publish this statement voluntarily because labour exploitation is a recognised risk in the security industry.
Our business
We provide security services, including manned guarding, door supervision, event security, patrols and keyholding, across the South East of England.
Our policies
- Right-to-work checks are completed for every employee before they start.
- All officers are paid directly, at or above the National Living Wage, with payslips and lawful deductions only.
- We do not charge recruitment fees or hold workers' identity documents.
- We do not knowingly use subcontractors that exploit workers. Any subcontractor must meet the same standards.
- Staff can raise concerns confidentially through our whistleblowing procedure without fear of reprisal.
Training
Managers and supervisors are briefed on spotting signs of modern slavery and on how to report concerns.
Reporting concerns
Anyone with concerns can contact us at info@bajwasecurity.co.uk or the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700.
