Questions we are often asked
Are all of your officers SIA licensed?
Yes. Every officer we deploy in a licensable role holds the correct, valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence for that role, and we check licence status on the public register before every assignment.
How quickly can you provide security?
For many requests we can arrange cover within 24 hours, and sometimes the same day. For larger or specialist deployments we will agree a start date after a short site review.
Do you offer short-term or one-off cover?
Yes. As well as ongoing contracts, we provide security for single events, holiday periods, refurbishments, void properties and emergencies such as a break-in or broken shutter.
How is pricing worked out?
Quotes are based on the number of officers, the hours and days needed, the type of licence required and any specialist equipment. We give a clear, itemised quote with no hidden extras.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold public liability, employer's liability and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates are available on request for your records or your insurer.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Gravesend and cover Kent, Greater London, Essex, Surrey, Sussex and Hertfordshire. We are happy to discuss contracts in other parts of the UK.
